REMOVAL OF OIL EMBARGO. [By Electric Telkoraph—Oopyriohtl [United Press Association.! London, January 18. The British Legation in Mexico reports that President Carranza has removed tho embargo placed on oil at Tampico required for the British fleet. NEW PRESIDENT ELECTED. MARTIAL LAW IN MEXICO CITY. Mexico City, January 18. General Garza was elected provisional president by the Convention, over which he himself presided. Martial law has been declared in the city.
