NEW YORK TRAGEDY.
FIRE ON AN UNDERGROUND RAILWAY. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] United Presp (Association. New York, .January 6. The whole of the underground railways have been disorganised by a fire in the tube at Fifty-third Street. There was a terrible panic. Those nearest the fire fought frantically to escape, and many emerged naked. Two hundred were injured, and one was killed.
