AMUSEMENTS.
HIS MAJESTY'S THEATRE. Some very fine photo-play subjects will be shown in to-night's programme, headed by a powerful drama "The Adopted Son," being the career of an Italian imago seller who from direct poverty rises to a position of great power. "Kitchener's new London Arm}*," is a. splendid war topical showing the men training for the fight. "Ginger's Reign" is a fine story of the gold mining days beautifully depicted by the Vitagraph Co., "Scenes in New Zealand" is a splendid picture of God's own country by the Pathe Co. A new pretty and pathetic drama is "Bobby's Letter." A play of tears and smiles. The Keystone Co's "Her Last Chance" is sure to bring a. laugh from everyone. "The Old Fire Horse" is a grand Edison comic. "The Wise Detective" is also a good'laugh producer.
Madame Bernard has decided to show'three nights weekly, namely on Thursday and 'Friday (one programme) .... ir- ■'nr I '-- 'v* nvofT'-hhime).
