RESCUING STEAMER MINED. United Press Association. (Received 1.30 p.m.) December 30. The Dutch steamer Leersum was sunk in the North Seg. while attempting to rescue "another crew of a mined steamer. The Leersum’s crew except two were saved. The other vessel’s crew perished.
