THE LOSS OF THE BULWARK. RESULT OF AN ACCIDENT. Unitto Paxil .A BSoouiioM. (Received 1.30 p.m. ) London, December 30. At the inquest on the victims' of the Bulwark the Admiralty submitted evidence that no ammunition was being loaded at the time of the explosion. There was no evidence of treachery, or of loose or bad cordite. A verdict that the affair was accidental was returned.
