THE TIDES High water at New Plymouth today will he at 0.47 p.m. and at 7.24 a.in. THE SUN. The sun rises to-day at 4.36, and sets at 7.24. EXPECTED ARRIVALS. Rarawa, from North, Tuesday. Rarawa, from North, Thursday. Karamu, from North, Tuesday. Flora, from South, Tuesday. Kauri, from Newcastle, Tuesday. H. D. Bendixsen, schooner, left Puget Sound October 6, due New Plymouth middle of December.
The Kauri left Newcastle oh Friday for New Plymouth, via Wellington, with coal.
The Flora left Wellington last night for New Plymouth with general cargo. The Comma sailed at 5 p.m. yesterday for Wellington, taking dairy produce for shipment to the Home liner.
The Karamu is expected this morning from Onehunga, with a cargo of coal.
The Ngahere arrived in port at 6.15 a.m. on Friday from Greymoutli,*with tOO tons of coal and a quantity of cement. She leaves to-day for Wellington to go on the slip.
