SWEEPING CHANCES IN THE LAW. ——- [Bt Eleotbio Telegraph—Oopteight] [Dnttfd Press Association.] (Received 8.45 a.m.) • New York, December 20. Sweeping changes have been planned in the liquor laws in California. A Bill will be presented to the next legislature abolishing dives, reducing wholesale saloons, and appointing State excise commissioners to control the traffic.
