THE AUSTRIAN DEBACLE.

Along the trail of the Austrian army in Servia lie myriads of evidences of the completeness of riie debacle. The roads are strewn with impedimenta arty| corpses, all unoccupied houses and shops have been looted. The most striking feature /is the appalling filthiness of the houses the Austrians occupied. The hospitals, containing 3000 wounded, at Va. lievo resemble a manure-heap, and it is impossible to enter owing* to the stench. DOOMED, TO LOSS OF HMDS. Home, December 1?. Of 800 severely wounded from Galicia, who have arrived at Trieste, 200 are doomed to amputation of hands and feet owing to frostbite.
