THE WHEAT SUPPLY IN N.S.W.

Unttki) Pukss Association. (Received 9.45 a.m.) Sydney, December 19. A proclamation has been issued seizing all the wheat in the Southern Riverina not in actual transit. Mr Ashford estimates the New South Wales next year’s wheat yield will be fifty million bushels. An additional 800,000 acres have been sown which will produce ten million bushels.

(Received 9.45 a.m.) Melbourne. December 19. The Assembly passed the Seed Advances Bill authorising an appropriation of £400,000 for the purpose of advancing seed and fodder to the farmers.
