EIGHT NEGROES IN A YEAR. United Pause Association. (Received 8.50 a.m.) New York, December 13. A negro charged with the murder of the postmaster, was lynched at Shrieveport (Louisana). A mob bound him to a tree with coils of wire and burnt him to death.
