AGA KHAN’S MANIFESTO. RUSSIAN MOSLEMS TO FIGHT FOR RUSSIA. United Press Association. Petrograd, December 13. Aga Khan’s manifesto, which has been circulated in Central Asia and Orenburg, urges all Russian Moslems to fight for Russia.
