ITALY’S PREPARATIONS TO ASSERT HER POSITION.
Timm and Sydney Sun Bkhviom. (Received 8 a.m.) Washington, December 13. Italy is purchasing horses and wheat supplies on a huge scale. Guilio Bologneso explains that Italy intends to have two million men ready for war when the belligerents conclude hostility, with the object of asserting Italy’s position.
