ONE MESS WIPED UP. ■ • r Unitep Press Mexico City, November 26. The Zapatists restored order upon arrival. Indications point to Villa accepting Guiterrez as President, the .Carranzaists also agreeing. , The State Department is inclined to think that the situation does not call for serious consideration. It is hoped that when Zapata and Villa completely control the capital constitutional government will be restored. ANOTHER WAR STARTING. Vera Cruz, November 27. Carranza has arrived. He was greeted with enthusiasm. He proposes to make the city his headquarters for beginning a fresh, campaign against Villa and Zapath. Mexico City is quiet, and there are no developments.
