SALE OF WORK.
PARISH HALL TO-NIGHT. The Parish Hall presented a very pleasing appearance this morning, when Mr J. B. Hine, M.P., opened a, bazaar and sale of work in aid of the church fund. Mr Hine was supported by the Vicar (Rev. C. IV. Howard), and the Rev. E, L. Harvie, together with a'large gathering of ladies and gentlemen associated with the work at Holy Trinity. Mr Hine referred to his pleasure afforded, in being present, and wished the bazaar in every way a success. The stallholders were: Flowers, Mrs Preutis and Mrs. Dixon; produce. Mrs Porritt and Mrs Partridge.; needlework, Mrs A. W. Budge and. Mrs J. Robson; ..-fancy, work, Mrs Hugh Good and Mrs J. B. Richards; sweets, Airs Howard, Miss Fussell and Miss Mona Paget.; fancy work, the Alisses Crawshaw, Paget and James; refreshments, Airs Ewan Jackson, Airs Tyrer, Mrs Middleton and Mrs Chas. Pena; fairy wells, Mrs Freer, and the Misses Freer. It is anticipated a large gathering will he present. Sideshows and other entertainments have been arranged to cater for the amusement of the public. Refreshments can also be obtained at reasonable charges. As the ladies have worked hard to make the bazaar a success, it is confidently hoped the people of Stratford and district will favor them with their presence, and show their practical sympathy by purchasing many of the articles shown on the shelves. ■ , . ,
