1 REBELLION AGAINST GERMAN

Bucharest, November 12
It is reported that there is a rebellion of Turkish troops at Adrianople against their German officers. Mr Arthur Henderson (Labor) assured the Government that Laborites would support them to secure the unity of the Empire. Messrs Henderson and Long warmly criticised the War Office for mismanagement and delay in paying allowances to wives of soldiers and sailors. It had had a serious effect ou recruiting.
