PARTICULARS OF THE SINKING OF TURKISH TRANSPORTS. . Petrograd, November 11. The loss through the Turkish transports being sunk at Zengaldiak on tho 7th inst included artillery, aeroplanes, automobiles, and uniforms for 60,000 troops. The Russians rescued 248 .soldiers and several German officers. CONSPIRACY AGAINST YOUNG TURKS IN CONSTANTIONPLE. GERMAN RINGLEADERS SHOT. (Received 10.5 a.m.) Athens, ovember 11. It is reported that an extensive conspiracy has broken out in Constantinople against the Young Turks, and that the German ringleaders were shot. On Sunday a crowd attacked the German non-commissioned officers. The Gorman Consul protested.
