Mr J. K. Stone, watclima.«sr and jeweller, has secured portion of the snop lately occupied by Mr F. A. Drake, and will be opening Saturday, November 7th. Most of the repairs left previous to the fire were rescued, but as Mr Stone's valuable repairing tools were destroyed and will Hare to be replaced, jobs may be called for in about a fortnight. Mr R. D. Lowers' shop will be closed all day Thursday and Friday for the re-marking of stock in preparation for his fire sale, which starts on Saturday, 31st.
