THE STRATFORD HOUSE.
This popular House has now opened for the 1914-5 season. Everyone will remember how this house leaped into popular favour last season and records were established in every way with regard to visitors and good accommodation. The same manager has charge again this season, and gaining experience by last year, is in a position to make things work far better in the season on hand. Special circulars have been printed giving, full details concerning tariff, etc., also in formation regarding the different pleasure trips connected with the house. These will be forwarded to anyone sending their name and address either to the local agents or manager. The local agents have been appointed so that anyone wishing full information re the house, or wishing to book beds, etc., can do so without going to the trouble of ringing up the manager. The roads will he better this year, some of the cuttings ■having been widened, also, the accommodation house for daily visitors has been made to hold one. The gents' room also in this house has been altered and renovated. In the main house good accommodation is now provided for those who will reside there, the bath-room this season being„ a great convenience. Altogether the coming season should eclipse all previous the Mountain Club now containing ovei 250 members, who are very enthusiastic over the welfare of the Stratford Mountain House.
