THE MANGAPAPA WRECK.
[PIB Pbee* Association.] Wellington, October 21. The inquiry concerning the the steamer Mangapapa at Karamea' is to be opened on Monday at Westport. Captain W. J. Grey, of Wellington, will be the only assessor, as the Department does not consider that the circumstances of the mishap war-"; rant the appointment of another. Advices received here to-day from Karamea indicate that the Mangapapa is breaking up fast, the condition of the hull becoming worse at each 1 tide.
