THE BELGIAN POOR.
STRATFORD RELIEF FUND. The executive committee in charge of the Stratford branch of the British and Belgian Relief Fund met last night. It was decided to hold a concert on November sth. The offer of the Rifle Club to contribute a conceit programme was accepted, and the concert will be held in about a month's time. On Saturday flowers will be sold in the streets by school children, and it is hoped also to arrange an open-air concert. The secretary is to make inquiries as to whether a donation of horse-flesh would be acceptable to the Belgians. A start has been made with the distribution of subscription lists, and canvassers have been appointed to collect money in the town. Following are te latest subscrip-
