The Jerald states that Germany is shipping large quantities of grain and provisions through Swedish, Danish and Norwegian agents. ARREST OF COMMITTEE FOR RELIEF OF BRITISH. (Received 11.50 a.m.) Berlin, October 18. Police arrested the British relief committee who were working in the British Consulate under the surveillance of the American Embassy.
