Berne, October 16. The German Legation invited the Press authorities to inspect dumdums taken from the French and British soldiers. The Swiss champion rifle shot, ttadelhofeu, saw the exhibits. All were rough and recently altered by means of a file. It is concluded that the exhibition was specially prepared. Amsterdam, October 17.
The Lokal Anzeiger states that the Kaiser, in congratulating the Bavarian army corps, said: “I should 'like the English to meet the Bavarians just once.”
