A JOURNALIST'S OPINION, United Peess (Association. Rome, October 8. Mr H. M. Hyndman, the well-known English journalist and advocate of Socialism, in a letter to La Messagero, reminds the Italians of the favors granted to her of sending troops to the Crimea, thus securing to Italy a seat at the Congress in 1856. "Now," he says, "is the moment for Italy . to make a similar decision, before the Entente's victory is definite."
