He was suffering from concussion and a scalp wound, but his condition was not regarded as serious. McLaughlin was unmarried, and resided at a boardinghouse in Dixon street. He is a brother of Peter McLaughlin, who died in the hospital on June 26th, as the result of a fall in Willis street.
