FOUNDERED IN A GALE. Bt Electric Telegraph—< 'optright] [Uniter Press (Association.] (Received 10.25 a.m.) New York, September 20. The steamer Francis Leggett foundered in a gale on Friday and seventy were drowned, including fifty-one passengers. There were only two survivors.
