MUSSULMANS IN PROTEST.

Mussulmans in Egypt, Caucasus,and Tunis have informed the Committee of Union and Progress at Stamboul that Turkey must not rely on them if she makes war on the Triple Entente.
"THE INORDINATE WAR PREPARATIONS." Constantinople, September 15. The motive in repealing the capitulations was to justify the inordinate war preparations in the eyes of the public. It is expected that the Porte will now partially demobilise.
