Lord Allied Douglas, who broke tuts recognisance required for libelling bio father-in-law, has boon ordered to outer into fresh recognisances, or to servo a sentence of six months' imprisonment.
Sydney, September 8. Mr blarlo Hermann, director of Bowran Bros'. Export Trading Company, has been unwell for some time, and is now an inmate of a hospital. Sydney, September 9. The Court has granted an application for winding up the company known as ■I. Earle-Hermaun, Limited, the petitioners being the Fanti Consolidated Aiines Company and the London Letter Press. Mr F, AV. Bacon, chairman of the directors of Bowron Bros'. Export Trading Company, states that J. Earle-Hermann is no longer a member of the board of directors of Bowron Bros.
