Thousands of East Prussian refugees flocking to Berlin have caused dismay.

(Received 8.40 a.m.) St. Petersburg, August 30. Six officers and sixty sailors of the cruiser Alagdeburg have arrived.
RUSSIAN SUCCESSES. ENTIRE AUSTRIAN REGIMENTS SURRENDER. (Received 9.50 a.m.) St. Petersburg, August 30. The Russian advance in West Prussia continues. Fighting occurred between the Russians and the garrisons at Thorn and Graudeny. The Russians made prisoners ol three thousand Austrians who were east of Lemberg, and also 1000 north of Tomnshow on the 15th. A Hungarian division was surrounded east of Tomnshow, eiitire regiments surrendering;.
