A Reuter message states that Turkish officials in London do not believe the statement that German sailors are going to Constantinople. Turkey has repeatedly given assurances of her strict neutrality, and denies moving against Greece, or action under German inspiration.

GERMAN NAVALS ARRIVE IN CONSTANTINOPLE.

Athens, August 30,

It is semi-officially reported that eight hundred German naval officers and sailors, with a quantity of ammunition, traversed Bulgaria on Friday by special train for Constantinople. The total now exceeds a thousand.
