Washington advices, ox Pekin, indicate that Tsing-tao is able to stand an eight months’ siege. NO CHINESE SHIPS OUTSIDE KiAO-GHAO. Tokio, August 29. The second Japanese squadron reports that there are no Chinese ships outside Kiao-chao.
