WHAT ITALY’S NEUTRALITY MEANS TO AUSTRIA.
Times and Sydney Sun Sbbtioeb. (Received 8 a.m.) Paris, August 24. The press reports that the greatest strain exists between Vienna and Rome because Italy’s neutrality permitted the Allies’ fleets to chase and destroy Austrian warships in the Adriatic.
