NORTH OF LEMBERC. RUSSIAN OCCUPATION OF INSTERBURG. (Received 9.0 a.m.) Amsterdam, August 28
A !*•»»&$» from Vienna states that the Austrians wore repulsed by Russian cavalry north of Leinberg. One Russian general was killed, and another who was wounded was oonvsyed to the hospital at Lemberg. A Vilna telegram states that the Russians after the battle occupied Inslerburg (referred to ia war jottings on page 7).
