A party consisting of Messrs C. Kelly (reporter on the staff of the "Stratford Evening Post"), his brother Mr George Kelly, Mr H. Williams (caretaker of the Mountai* House) and Mr A. Burrell, had a trying experience on the mountain last night. Setting off yeseerday morning on a round trip of the lower ridges, they found themselves benighted and were forced to spend last night out of doors. A telephone message to Stratford this morning at nine o'clock announced their arrival at the house safe and well, only with very cold feet and an aching void which was the result of hunger. The party knew their whereabouts all right, but in the darkness it was considered inadvisable to attempt t» reach the house.
