AUSTRIAN THREAT TO KILL HOSTAGES. (Received 9 a.m.) London, August 19. It is reported that Austria has notified the King of Montenegro that if he attacks Ragusa, a number of prominent Montenegrins and Servians held there as hostages will bo shot, including his brother Ivo Toprovic.
