WAR CORRESPONDENTS NOT AL* LOWED AT THE FRONT.
[United Press Association.] Brussels, August 18
At Sir Edward Grey’s request, active English war correspondents at the front are being asked to keep away or to return to England, as any indiscretion may injure the interests of the Allies, The latter have agreed not to allow any correspondents to go to the front at present.
PROHIBITION IN GERMANY.
Copenhagen, August 18
The German general staff has refused to allow war correspondents with the army.
