A Hearty Send Of.
TO TARANAKI BOYS. Stratford this morning experienced its last excitement in connection with the despatch of the first contingent for the front, a good number of Taranaki men who had boenl concentrated at New Plymouth going south by the mail train. The pilrty included Lieuts. Furby and ITrquivart, of Stratford. There was a hig crowd at the railway 'station, 1 hand hearty cheers were given as the train steamed out.
