Shells fell in the streets, and killed and wounded many of the inhabitants, besides wrecking many houses. GUARANTEE OF INSURANCE ON SHIPS. (Received 9.5 a.m.) Paris, August 13. The Government has decided to guarantee insurance ou ships where war risks have been paid.
