A pleasant time was spent last night in the Foresters' Hall by those who attended,the social given by the Friendly Societies in favor of their candidate, Miss Cramer, Red, White and Blue. Miss Minnie Hignett, will be devoted to the general war fund. A social, with coffee and salad supper, will be given in the fire station on Thursday evening by Mesdames Miscall and McQuay in aid of the candidature of Mrs G. Smith, Royal Blue and White.
