CHAMPION SCULLERS.
PADDCN’S NEW BOAT. (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) [United Press Association.] (Received 11.35 a.m.) London, July 30. Paddon’s new boat appears to suit him better. He is rowing twice daily, and practising starts. Kemp has accepted Artlett’s challenge, and the match will probably be rowed on September 9th.
