FOR DIVORCE PREVENTION. CHICAGO JUDGE’S ADVICE. [By Electric Tileoeape—Copyright] [United Press Association.] New York, July 27. Divorce prevention bureaus have been established in Chicago. A judge re-united four families on the first day. He advises the following golden rules:— ' w Give your wife a yearly holiday because she gets tired. Take a holiday yourself for th« same reason. Have music in the home. When a quarrel arises, go upstairs and look on the face of your sleeping baby.
