AT THE SPITHEAD REVIEW. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] Times and Sydney Sun Services. London, July 21. The air craft was the great feature of the naval review. As the Fleet lay in long lines in the darkness their presence overhead was indicated by their harsh buzzing. Manoeuvring in the daylight in the
open water, the seaplanes wheel hawklike, and aeroplanes skim like wild ducks, while the whole fleet appears ns an overwhelming manifestation of power, ordered, silent and restrained.
