LONDON WOOL SALES. New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, have re? ceived the following cablegram from their London house under date July 14th, 1914: As compared with last sales doting rates prices are about 5 per cent higher for fine scoured crossbred, merino and fine greasy crossbred; about the same for coarse greasy crossbred, lambs merino and fin® crossbred slipe; about 5 per cent, lower for crossbred lambs, coarse scoured crossbred, coarse crossbred slipe, medium crossbred slipe, medium scoured crossbred and about par to 5 per cent higher for medium greasy crossbred. There is good all round competition.
