BULK-HANDLING OF GRAIN

Messrs Trefle and Bath submitted to the Railway Commissioners a comprehensive scheme for the bulk-hand-ling of grain, which would involve an expenditure of two millions. New South Wales and West Australia propose spending £BOO,OOO each on reinforced grain elevators, and they asked ■ Victoria to ’co-operate.
