J[Pbb Pbsss Ahbooiation.l ' Poxton, -Inly 7. Mrs Henderson, relict of the Into .Mr Henderson, a well-known Marton settler, who was on a visit Ito her daughter, Mrs A. Hawke, died suddenly from heart failure. Deceased leaves a grown-up family of two sons ami four daughters. Auckland, July 7. There was a somewhat lengthly inquest to-day concerning the death of Thomas Butland, the workman who fell over 30 feet on Monday while engaged on a building in Queen Street, and died almost immediately. TheCoroner, after full inquiry, found that deaHi was accidental, no blame being attachable to anyone. Clreymouth, July 7. At the adjourned inquest into the circumstances attending the death of Peter Ewart, who was killed by a tramway accident at the Paroa sawmill on Tuesday last, the verdict was that deceased met his death by being thrown from a runaway truck, on which he was acting as brakesman.
