Conspiracy Disclosed.

DISTRIBUTION OF BOMBS.

ANOTHER ARREST MADE. fßx Elbotbio Tssligrafh—Copyright] [United Press Asoociatmv.i Vienna, July 3. Speaking to his lawyer, Prinzip stated that he got bombs and money from Ciganovitch, a rich merchant at Belgrade. He had tried to assassinate the Archduke at the manoeuvres, but the gendarmerie prevented his getting near. Prinzip had followed the Archduke about from the moment he set foot on Bosnian soil. Grabinovic states that he got his bomb from Major Milan Pribicevitch, secretary of the Pan-Servian Union, who is in the Servian military service. He told Grabinovic to apply to a wellknown Komitaji named Ciganovitch, who supplied him with six bombs and six Browning pistols from the service arsenal at Kragujivac, upon Grabinovic's promise to find four more conspirators.

Grabinovic and Prinzip approached a Belgrade student named Trifke Grabes. All three received cyanide, which they were instructed to swallow after throwing the bombs. Grabinovic refused to name the other three conspirators.

Grabes, when arrested, said he did not throw the bombs, as the Archduke and his wife were already fatally wounded.

Prinzip promises to divulge the other conspirators' names to-day, as he repents of the murder, and hecause his accomplices have betrayed him. Prinzip's courage has broken down. He wept during his examination. He states that the poison was knocked out of his hand before he could drink it.

ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE FUNERAL.

Some attribute the Kaiser's absence from the funeral to considerations for his safety.

Prince Henry of Prussia, Prince Arthur of Connaught, and the Kings of Saxony and Bavaria will also be absent the Emperor desiring to confine the attendance to the family. In view of the Archduke's small personal fortune, the Emperor has granted the orphaned children an appenage just as if their father had succeeded to the throne. The new heir approves of this.
