Police at Belfast warned two Ulster volunteers who were carrying arms in the street in Belfast that they would he summoned for not having a license. Hitherto they have only born% arms when drilling on private property and the rifles were carried in covered carts. It is reported that Captain Richardson contemplates the early issue of a general order permitting the Ulster volunteers to carry rifles in the streets of Belfast. It is feared the results will' be serious.
