SHIPPING COMPANY MULCTED. ‘ " ' [Per Press Association.] 1 ■- Wellington, June 30. ’ 3lr Riddell, - S.M., gave judgment against the Xew Zealand Shipping Co. on a claim by a passenger for £IG 15s for luggage lost on a 'voyage from L6ndon. The Company - had admitted liability but for £5 only, in accordance with a condition endorsed on the back of the passenger ticket. ** The.
