As Mr Samuel .s dfc likely to be re-appointed to the Legislative Council when his term ex-->ircs, it is probable he may enter 'or {.he Taranaki stakes. Should ho decide on doing so, the WiefcnessJg correspondent is of opinion that his roturn is a moral.
