UPPER HUTT TRAGEDY.
[Paa pßlfel AIBOOIAMON.] Wellington, June 19. Messrs Benge and Pratt, storekeeper, of Upper Hutt, were each fined 5s on two charges of storing'and selling explosives without license. A heavy penalty was not sought, as it was pointed out that the men had already suffered mentally and pecuniarily since the tragedy due t.o the explosion on their premises.
