Time, Imin 7 4-osec. DUNEDIN J.C. MEETING. Dunedin, .Tune 4. The attendance showed a big falling off as compared wilh yesterday. The sum of £16,195 was put through the totalisator, as compared with £17,289 on the corresponding day of last year. The total handled at the meeting was £31,042, as against £34,373 for the winter meeting last year. Additional results; — Wingatui Steeplechase, of 250 sovs, about 2 miles and 5J- furlongs:—! It is alleged that “welshing” is rampant at Hurst Park. One bookmaker distributed handbills announcing himself as a former chorister at the private chapel at Windsor, who sang at the wedding of King Edward.
